Cache Storage Location Change #1061

We do not modify anything remotely close to where samp uses for storing cache data |
I am 100% sure that I haven’t changed anything in my SAMP launcher settings. In fact, I haven’t played SAMP for several months, and back then, with the previous version, everything worked fine. This issue only started happening after updating to the latest version. |
Again, SAMP cache directory is part of samp launcher settings and changes registry values of SAMP application in windows' registry. We don't use, modify, or delete anything like that Please check the registry for it |

I have tested this on two different computers, both with clean installations, and the issue is the same on both. The 0.3DL assets are downloaded successfully but I can't find where they are being stored. |
When I say the files are "downloaded successfully", I mean that when I reconnect to a server the download doesn’t start again. |

After the latest open.mp update, downloaded 0.3DL assets are no longer stored in:
