Need protocols for "code of conduct" violations #382

Add code of conduct in MD format to ../content/en/about/ for the 2023 Members Council meeting. This is where the values statement is now. Needs to be done the week before the meeting (scheduled for 8-9 March 2023). |

the CoC is not yet there. I can put it wherever. But it will need to be available for members to review this week. I almost have the *.md version ready. Just need to know where to put it in the PR. I thought in the same folder as the values statement *.md. But we could put it elsewhere. Just need to tell people where. |
I'll go ahead and make the PR. We need to put it somewhere now, even if we move it later. |
Update to bring website in line with the approved OMF Code of Conduct that was adopted in Oct 2023. This also should address current GitHub issue openmodelingfoundation#382

Create a protocol document to address code of conduct violations. To be done at a later date. Probably needs a working group.
