Transfer runs to MinIO

We are running out of disk space, so we want to store the run data on MinIO instead.
Ultimately, the goal is for the connector packages to directly download from the MinIO buckets.

First, move one run with all data and see if this actually breaks anything, as long as the server can serve the run xml, things might just work - auxiliary data like predictions are provided in the form of a URL, and it is possible to wget public data on MinIO.
