Quick email author button needed in Editor Assignment page

Currently there is no quick way to email the author for a paper that has been submitted but hasn't been moved to review. For papers in the review stage and beyond, the process to do this is a bit fiddly (go to 'Review' --> 'View Metadata' and find the author's name and little blue envelope button there), so it would be great to have a quick way to email the author via JW.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be useful to add a little blue envelope button to automatically open a new email to the author on the Editor Assignment page, next to the author's name and email address.
