User Story
"Basically, we do not do an 'open peer review', but we want to publish the names of the reviewers at the end of the 'double blind peer review' process, provided that they agree."

Proposed Solution
A setting that editors can check that lets reviewers opt-in for their name and reviewer role to appear on published articles.

Related to #3037 but CREDiT does not support the reviewer role yet.

this would also be cool in combination with recognizing peer review on the contributors' ORCID records 👀
