February 2025 update to the Publisher Policies page #425

Content needed

We need to update the Publisher Policies page on the main website as they have been revised. This includes rephrasing, additional text, and new hyperlinks to COPE pages and other sites that were broken. I have attached the latest clean and final Word document to this issue.

Please also note that the 'Revised June 2023' should change to 'Revised February 2025'.
