[feature request] Sidecarset, like CloneSet and Advanced StatefulSet, needs to have the same in-place restart feature added

What would you like to be added:
after Inject Pod Metadata，when use “patchPolicy: Overwrite“ , directly trigger the restart and update of the injected Pod without waiting for the image version update.

Why is this needed:
There exists a common use case where you only need to adjust the configuration and restart the container to implement changes in network rules.
