journal of open source hardware? #35

Not sure if this is the right place to post this - if not, apologies, let me know where this could be moved :) .
I do not think there is a "journal of open source hardware" at the moment? Do you think this could be relevant? There are more and more projects in academia that are looking not just at software development, but also hardware (especially as 3D printing, good open source and free CAD software, etc, are becoming more and more available). It would be nice to have a good place for this :) .
