Problem

I would rather work on my own proofs, having to uncheck the tick box every time I upload a few pictures is a bother, I'd rather have a personal settings applied by default.

Proposed solution

Put the default setting of the tick box in user's personal settings, it could be overridden in the upload form ( for me it'd unticked by default, but I could ticked it once in a while ).
