Je m'identifie plus en tant que contributrice.

Améliorer les paramètres du dispositif CMG :

Passer en barème ce qui le mérite.
Mettre à jour les last_value_still_valid_on et donc revérifier si le dispositif est à jour
Ajouter des références là où il en manque.
