The image kubesphere/kube-keepalived-vip:0.35 only supports amd64 for now so it cannot be ran on a ARM64 based cluster:

Just tried to use OpenELB for a TuringPi 2 cluster and just ran into this same issue.
Really need an ARM64 build.
