Unpacking should support static arrays

There’s no good reason this doesn’t work. For all intents and purposes, a static array is a tuple.

why only static arrays?
why not a generic lowering to:?

auto anonyousblah=[1,2];
x=anonyousblah[0];
y=anonyousblah[1];

auto (x,y,z)=iota(0,3).array;

@crazymonkyyy, probably because this primitive operation shouldn’t throw index-out-of-range errors.

This already works today in OpenD:

auto (a, b) = [1,2].staticArray.tupleof;
auto (i, j, k) = iota(1, 4).staticArray!3.tupleof;

Its not as ergonomic as previous suggestions, but its pretty close and available.
