What's Nebraska's restaurant inspection data situation?

@rnelson, how did/do y'all get restaurant inspection data from the Nebraska Department of Agriculture? I'm trying to survey it for the census, but I can't figure out if they still provide data upon request, or how they provide that data. Thanks for anything you can offer!

@mattwynn1 Can you provide some information here? The (very old) information that our site currently uses was provided by him, acquired for his day job. We're slowly working on a rewrite using a subset of Nebraska where we can get far better data, so we haven't bothered requesting any updated information.
