The hyperlink to the term unifier in the README leads nowhere. #128

In the README, the link to the term unifier (which is said to be a dependency) leads nowhere.

Here is the broken link:

https://wiki.opencog.org/w/Unify

It is hard to build URE without proper information locating the term unifier dependency.
