Wrong message displayed when save with empy coupon/voucher field - Cart #13884

What version of OpenCart are you reporting this for?
master

Describe the bug
Go to Cart and click on Apply Coupon without entering a coupon/voucher code. This message is displayed

Success: Your coupon discount has been removed

Should something like this: You did not enter any coupon code/voucher code.
