Unable to sort table on coverage page using iPhone #1827

There is a table further down the page which lists all the authorities. It appears to be possible to sort/filter headings, however when you tap on the head, it just reloads the page.

To replicate:

Navigate to https://www.planningalerts.org.au/authorities
Tap on either the "state" or "authority" head in the table.

This problem happens in both the new and old designs on an iPhone 14 Pro Max in Safari, but it's more prominent in the new design.
