wordpress plugin does not have a valid header #10

when installing the wordpress plugin, the following message appears after trying to activate the plugin:
plugin does not have a valid header

Hi, I don't actively maintain this plugin, but could you provide the version number of a) Wordpress and b) the plugin for which this occurs?
