Hello!

I was wondering how I can run batch locally to download and process a single OpenAddresses source. I'm following the Development section in the README but there were a few notes I didn't understand:

  • "first obtain a copy of the metastore" => what is the metastore and how do I obtain it?
  • "Create a local" => create a local what?

Once I have the dev environment up and running, would I invoke the API locally to kick off a build for a source? If there are any examples I can follow that would be super helpful. If not, happy to add to the README once I've gotten the workflow down :)
