Feature: Add categories to blog

Current behavior

We currently have only one big category for blog posts, with no differentiation.

Suggested solution

We want to be able to create different categories for the blogposts. Initially we'd want to at least have:

• Thought Leadership (we probably should name it something else though)
• Product Updates
• Case Studies

I've been thinking this through and I need to dig into sanity a little bit more. It's too back that the topics that you can add to the post don't sort the posts when you click them. That would be ideal. Let me look into it a little bit more bc that seems like a lighter lift than a redesign, esp if the blog doesn't get a ton of traffic (tbh, I'm not sure what that looks like).
