Bug: Wrong navigation URL

Describe the bug

After selecting any result from the search results list a new tab open with wrong URL. This issue was initially mentioned by @adnanjpg on the open-sauced/app repo and as @jpmcb commented on the same issue that this is related to wrong URL which is causing 404 redirection on filter removal.

Steps to reproduce

1. go to https://hot.opensauced.pizza/
2. type rust
3. wait for the results, click on the first one to select it, then press Enter to navigate to it
4. you will see that the dropdown on the left is empty (maybe that's why this is occurring)
5. on the right, you will see Filter by: rust-lang/rust with a remove filter icon button
6. click on the remove filter icon button, and it will redirect to https://app.opensauced.pizza/hot/dashboard/undefined
