Chore: Redirect hot.opensauced.pizza links to explore page

We're going to archive https://github.com/open-sauced/hot, and redirect all traffic from hot.opensauced.pizza to the new explorer page.

Tasks:

• Create redirect for for hot.opensauced.pizza in netlify.toml #4142
• Chore: set hot.opensauced.pizza to point to same site on Netlify that is the app site #4143
• chore: added an archived message to the repository hot#536
