When game boots, if it hasnt heard anything from any cpad, then listen for any cpad to push X 5x then assign that as the main one.

My controller settings are desynced between jak 1 and 2 rn and its annoying to need to unplug and replug to the different ports on my adapter. would be nice to listen for some kind of master code to assign primary controller from any cpad.
