Framework reference: Add disclosure timing tables from section II.2 onwards

Whilst working on #217 I noticed that these tables are missing for the latter part of the framework reference.

Hmm, I did git checkout 1__0__0__beta and searched for PP P (two spaces) and there were 34 occurrences, just like there are now on 1.0-dev. If any are missing they must be from before 2018-08-16.

Yes, I think they were missing from the initial development.

Ah, thanks for clarifying, I had understood "missing" as "gone missing" :)
