Project Management / Kanban
Trello free plan is probably good enough for scoping out user stories / kanban board and their Pro is 75% off for nonprofits, but I don't know OpenAustin well enough (yet) to know if it fits the projects we do. Monday.com is similar and offers 10 free seats + 70% off additional to nonprofits.

@lianilychee 10% first payment seems not super good deal from squarespace. I agree that having some basic website up makes sense for image purposes, though I think our current one does okay at that.
