Integrate OONI Run into OONI Probe apps

During the OONI Partner Training 2021, participants mentioned that it would be helpful if they had the ability to generate OONI Run links directly through the OONI Probe app, instead of having to refer to a separate website. The same feedback was also shared as part of the OONI Run usability study.

I'm aware that this is not ideal, since it's generally hard to copy-paste long lists of URLs on mobile. Perhaps though this feature request would be easier if users have the option to upload custom test lists, or if they have easy access to run.ooni.io directly via the OONI Probe app.

Not sure why this was set to priority high, but anyways it's a nice thing to have, but not high priority for sure.
