Allow to augement information with tags

I'd like to be able to augment the information I post with tags. Maybe I could make my "What are you doing?" answers more specific, but I think that input and analysis would be simpler with a tag list/cloud.

That is, I'd like to be able to respond that I am "Working" and then select or add tags that specify that I am #coding #focused or maybe #writing #distracted, or on my #pet-project instead of on #customer-i-hate, or #standing-desk... Or that I am dealing with an #angry-teenager or enjoying a #happy-teenager...
