The issue appears when attempting to open .lsm hyperstack file (4 channels, 6 images in the stack) from OMERO through the Fiji OMERO plugin and was seen in both v 5.8.1 and v5.8.3.
The file opens and displays with the correct dimensions, but attempting to move through the channels ends up incrementing Z instead. Likewise when moving through Z it is infact the channel which is updating. A screenshot showing the behaviour can be seen in the original forum thread.

Thanks @brau-frederic . I downloaded and imported it into our demo server too, in case it'll disappear from the original location: https://demo.openmicroscopy.org/webclient/?show=image-283860 . Unfortunately I couldn't replicate the problem. Got the latest Fiji and OMERO plugin, and opening it via the plugin I'll get the same behaviour for Z and C slider as in the OMERO.web viewer. But maybe I misunderstood something. Could you have a look too @jburel ?
Ok, thanks. My OMERO plugin version is 5.8.3 with ImageJ 1.54f /Java1.8.0_172
I also have Omero.insight installed on my PC with an older version : 5.7.1
