We need to allow installation via PWA but without offline notes caching this isn't as useful

We need to implement PWA
Allow caching of note content in indexedDB
Searching will need to check if its offline or online as the search strategy will vary if offline vs online
Most importantly manage conflict between server (authoritative) and client (PWA)
