Allow users to archive notes and notebook

All users to archive notes and notebooks

• Notebook archival will archive all notes within notebook
• Archiving a note will create a notebook in the "archive" folder if it doesn't already exits
• Archiving a notebook that already has notes archived will move all the notes into the existing archive and then delete the notebook from the notes folder
