C:\src\flutter\bin\flutter.bat --no-color pub get Resolving dependencies... The current Dart SDK version is 3.3.4. Because duolingo depends on http >=0.2.8+2 <0.13.0-nullsafety.0 which doesn't support null safety, version solving failed.
