When opening yt-dlg 1.8.5 on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, there's an error message that says "yt-dlg.exe - System Error

The program can't start because api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.". Is there a way to fix that? Thanks.
