确保安装了 python，然后按照 README 中的步骤操作。

克隆代码到本地：git clone https://github.com/okooo5km/comtrade.git
进入目录并安装依赖库：cd comtrade & pip3 install matplotlib numpy
执行 help 命令查看帮助信息：python3 comtrade help
