Describe the bug
The alert links on the overview page in the console seem to be broken for me with 4.17. They only lead to a "No Alert found" page. The problem seems to be the "prometheus=openshift-monitoring%2Fk8s" parameter, if I remove it manually from the URL, the link works.

Version
4.17.0-okd-scos.1

How reproducible
Always

Thank you so much for figuring out what was causing this. We've seen it as well in our 4.17 cluster.

What exactly did you remove from the URL?

The URL looks like this: https://console/monitoring/alerts/308398762?namespace=kube-system&prometheus=openshift-monitoring%2Fk8s&severity=warning&alertname=KubeMemoryOvercommit
I removed the prometheus=openshift-monitoring%2Fk8s parameter and it works.

honestly it looks like you just need the number, i.e.
