Environment TERM=alacritty-direct is used for direct color mode of the alacritty terminal.
termsupport matches specifically alacritty and not variants, e.g. in title().

Alternatives include matching exact variant.
However, there seems to be little reason to believe a terminal variant would change OSC7 or title behavior.
