Plugin(Rust) Thoughts on sourcing cargo's env script as part of rust plugin?

As the title mentions, my suggestion is to source cargo's env script (default $HOME/.cargo/env) as part of the Rust plugin so that users of the plugin don't have to. Similar thing is done by brew plugin as well, as I see it. Maybe other plugins are doing it as well but I can't confirm without looking at each one's code. I'd love to get someone's thoughts on this idea and I'd be happy to volunteer and make the required changes if this seems reasonable.

Just a thought I wanted to share. Thanks for maintaining a great package!
