Include IUCN equivalent names in biannual network exports #3371

For the biannual network exports, change the numeric iucn field to include the name of the IUCN equivalent (without the parenthetical).

Context:
In the site data exports for network members, the conservation_statuses.csv file includes an integer in the iucn field that is the code for the IUCN equivalent status. However, the numeric code is not easily interpreted for anyone working on status updates. The template for updates expects the name of the IUCN equivalent without its parenthetical abbreviation. This will make it easier for any network members doing updates to format it appropriately.
