Stuck in welcome menue

Hi my name Tio i need help about my island
The island can create a new profile but after the profile is created I can't access the main island, the part where I can choose the apps to clone.
What I mean is after I successfully created my profile I was not sent to the application lis insted IM back to welcome menut, but instead I was asked to create a new profile, so I stuck in welcome menu
I already try uninstall and install again
Try different version
Delete all island data on my phone
Ia there is any way i can fix it
Or i need to reset factory my phone?

This is a known bug, but the owner may be dead so it can't be fixed, so what you only need to do is to ignore all the error prompts after the Create A New Profile, exit the app, and then re-enter the app list of the APP.
