Redis add the option for password

Feature Description

the truecharts helm chart based on your project cant boot due to the issue where the redis sidecar is not passwordless and there is a need to specify the password.

Solution you would like

add a env variable to specify the REDIS password

Additional context

the helm chart fails to boot due to the redis errors, but can not make the sidecar passwordless

Created a pull request to try to address this issue and get kaizoku working again on TC.
