Show the shutdown reason for a VM in the web-ui #1523

Feature enhancement request:
It would be nice if the shutdown reason for a VM would be shown in the UI. Sometimes we make automatic shutdowns of VMs based on some patterns, and our users don't actually know why they were shut down although we have specified a reason for it.
The reason appears in the admin portal, but not in the web ui.
