Be more stable if non-core microservices are missing

The UI should not fail to render or stop working when specific microservices are not available. One can easily test this be commenting out the microservice in the docker-compose configuration. Microservices that could be missing (imho):

• shipper (../recipient missing > don't render ship button)
• informer (do not fail if socket.js library does not load)
• ìnspecter (as part of Display .RData content #54)
