Expected Behavior

The WebLayoutStore should implement a theme switcher and make it accessible from the user Profile menu.

Current Behavior

Theme can only be set by adding/removing the class from <body> manually.

Solution

Implement theme switcher from https://github.com/beeman/component-store-playground
