It would be great if when your context line has virtual text on it, that virtual text gets rendered on the context line as well

This would allow LSP errors and type hints to show along with test results in neotest for example.

I'm happy to look into implementing this myself, but I would absolutely appreciate if someone familiar with the codebase could point me in the right direction.
