Add an option to disable Chinese word separators in braille output #20471

Description

@keyang556

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

NVDA recently added word separators for Chinese braille output in #18865.

While this may improve readability for some Chinese braille users, it does not match the reading habits of all Chinese braille users. In Taiwan, Chinese braille is commonly read without spaces between words, and adding word separators may feel unfamiliar, distracting, or less efficient for users who are used to the traditional Taiwanese reading style.

Describe the solution you'd like

Please provide an option to disable Chinese word separators(restore to no spaces like before)) in braille output.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Another possibility is to make this behavior depend on the selected Chinese braille table. For example, zh-tw users could keep the original no-space behavior, while other Chinese tables could use the new word separator behavior if preferred.
