Find dynamic routes based on generated static output

It'd be great to generate the sitemap.xml in a separate process after static build (by looking at the generated file tree). The static builder does as great job at crawling all pages and finding all links within them.

I wouldn't mind to generate the sitemap manually using a CLI command and commit it in the repo.

@iplanwebsites have you gotten this setup to work? I'm looking for exactly the same and am wondering why this is not asked more frequently? It feels very natural to me to want exactly the outputted static pages to be included in the sitemap.
