Unable to undo command that modified the list

The paid command did modify the list of records so how come I am unable to undo it?

Bill is a sub-mode for debt with an independent list(i.e. bill list). At the moment, undo and redo will only support modification on the main list in each mode. I.e. debt list in debt mode, entry list in entry mode, limit list in limit mode and shortcut list in shortcut mode. However, we should have mentioned that in our UG.
