Questions regarding assigning bug responsibility among multiple members.

If we assign multiple people to be responsible for one bug, does the penalty get distributed among everybody assigned, or does every body assigned get penalised fully?

What about if we assign nobody (And thus everybody gets assigned automatically according to the website)?

Is there a difference between assigning all members to be responsible for a bug and assigning nobody to a bug?

There is no difference between not assigning anyone vs assigning everyone to a bug. They both are treated the same way.

When multiple users are assigned, the penalty is distributed among all.
