If you have any experience in Net Promoter Score as a tool we invite you to join our work. Our most current version can be found in the Google Doc above and will be published back to GH once we're done. We're working in this way for the sake of simplicity for those who are not software engineers or familiar with GH functionality.

Hello @kamila-NF - thanks for checking in! Happy belated New Year to you too. We are a bit stuck right now. We would benefit from participation by someone who has experience in leading and implementing a NPS survey / study. This doesn't have to be someone who has done this in open source but someone who has done this is any environment would be helpful. We did get a couple people over email which you kindly helped us with but it seems those folks are quite busy and we were unable to get any robust advice or consultation with those folks.

Both @Anavelyz and I continue to be open to working on this and have communities that we can likely tap into in order to host an actual survey.
