Because you didn't use the global tool for setup, which results in the build project being built on solution build. |

The solution file must define only two configurations for the build project. Try to match this: https://github.com/nuke-build/nuke/blob/develop/nuke-common.sln#L37-L38 |

The template already created the solution this way. Microsoft Visual Studio Solution File, Format Version 12.00
