URL hashes should be part of navigation history
Mac RC2
In simple-blog /@global/layout.html, replace
<footer>
with
<footer id="footer">
In small browser window, enter http://localhost:8083/#footer
Page will come up, scrolled to the footer.
Navigate to Contact.
Hit browser back button, it should scroll to footer.
In other words, heading_ids: true (intended for URL hashes) breaks view_transitions: true.
