@nx/angular:cypress-component-configuration does not add cypress/recommended eslint configuration

Current Behavior

Running the @nx/angular:cypress-component-configuration generator on a project does not configure the project's eslint settings to use the cypress/recommended ruleset for cypress related files.

Expected Behavior

I expect that if I add a cy.wait to one of the component tests of my project, that it will be properly flagged as an error by eslint, according to the cypress/recommended ruleset. This would follow the same behavior as projects that use cypress as the e2e test runner.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open apps/app/src/app/app.component.cy.ts.
2. Look at the test it('renders').
3. Note that the cy.wait is not flagged as an error by eslint.

I've updated my README.md with in the repo with some additional information on what I think a (at least partial) remedy would be.

I think that apps/app/.eslintrc.json should have been updated by the generator with something like the following or another equivalent.

}

If this is added, the cy.wait that I've added to app/src/app/app.component.cy.ts will be properly flagged as incorrect according to the recommended cypress ruleset.
